Hi everyone, I am a competitive programmer, and I have some suggestions. Lately, whenever I visit Codeforces, I find a lot of repulsive stuff in the community, like rampant spamming of useless blogs, extremely toxic comments, etc. which do not give a good impression to the veterans and beginners of the community alike. Hence, I have a few suggestions to improve the quality of the community. I hope my suggestion will help the CF community improve significantly.

I think Codeforces community has expanded too much, and we deserve to get rid of accounts which spread cancer on codeforces, and gather a lot of downvotes. The accounts with lowest contribution should be banned periodically, say regularly in a week or so. I believe we can set a fixed number of accounts to block at a time, say 10 accounts with lowest contribution. Or maybe, all accounts with -100 contribution or less(more?) can be banned.

Currently, the handles with -100 or less are (in descending order of ratings) : PolarFlea, Algo_Rhythm, hsc_boyfriend, lperovskaya, r_pi, finneganpierson and shejibri. I don't know why these handles should be even present here. In this list, some people have had positive contributions in the past, but now even they have resorted to mindless cancer and trolling. Such obnoxious actions shouldn't be tolerated on Codeforces.
