Need documentation about creating a new problem in polygon

I am looking for a proper tutorial for creating new problems in [Polygon](https://polygon.codeforces.com) but I am facing a lot of troubles as there are too many options to populate and some options are not understandable for me. Can anyone provide me a simple tutorial on it? Thanks in advance.
