Hello to all Codeforces members. Today I saw that my rating dropped from 1061 to 1019. I received 15218 place and decided to look at the change in the ratings of other participants. I saw the participant itsme147369 , whose rating changed from 1149 to 1161. Although he had the same place as me, he received an addition to his rating. Please explain why this happens? Doesn't the rating system compare all players to change the rating?
