I would like to calculate a certain statistics based on the Codeforces raw data (for example I would like to rate the languages by the code size of the best solution).
I wonder whether Codeforces provides a convenient interface (JSON or XML) to download such data?
Another question is what is the maximum speed of data retreival not offending the Codeforces server?
