Why so less DIV 3 contest on Codeforces?

Codechef have organises lots of div3 contests but there is huge cheating there. So I was always prefer not to do contest on codechef. I am not so strong in CP, so only able to solve 2 questions of DIV 2.

Please increases the number of div 3 contests on condeforces.

And codechef please do plag check after every contest like codeforces.

but according to your last submission it seems that u should atleast be a RED CPer coz the difficulty level is 3500.
moreover why are you making such kinda blogs by making alts? (I am curious about that).

    Actually I am not so good at CP, and community here downvotes on low rated people comments and blog. That I copied from editorial, as codeforces needs one question to be solved so. Sorry if I did something wrong.

    So I made this alt.

    I am already having -12 contribution on my original account.

    If I did anything wrong I will delete this blog then

Because not anyone can write DIV 3 (I see that just MikeMirzayanov do this)

cc is dead.. only cheaters give contest over there..now cf is also getting full of cheaters..
