I wanted to know, how can some foreign team attend Petrozavodsk training camp for WF which will happen in next year ? I could not find these details from the website.

Is there any possibility that contests in this training camp will be available online at the same time, may be in CF Gym?

I think you should send PM to snarknews if you want to come to PTZ camp.

Well, the probability of these contests to be available for solving in the Gym parallel with the camp or in the acceptable time after it is almost zero. Pretty sure, one will fail to find the statements of the last camp — no case to talk about upsolving or virtual participation.

As far as I know foreign teams are accepted there (more than this — they are welcomed), but all charges for visas, transporting, housing and so on are on your side, of course.

If you really want to participate, you should email directly to an organizing committee, not snarknews. I strongly recommend you Denis Vlasov (dunno his email, but here goes his FB-page) Denis Vlasov

Also you may try to message meret on codeforces, he was there more than once and know the process for sure.

As far as I know, Denis Vlasov has finally moved to US, so it seems that he is no more related to PTZ camp. But I think, of course, he knows who is currently working as organizing committee.

After Petrozavodsk there is one more camp, Izhevsk. It is usually based on the same contests, and that's why Petrozavodsk statements are not published immediately after the camp.

Are they published after the Izhevsk camp? Where can I find statements for 2012 camps?

No. Problems are are then used for local trainings, but not available to general public
