Many people may be worried about homework when participating in CF contests on weekdays, and Chinese users don't have a chance to compete. So, I think it is better to set the time of the contests to weekends.

agreed
weekdays are better change my mind
People generally have more free time on the weekends change my mind
I can't change something that doesn't exist.
bruh
L bozo.
Damn
There are so many contest sites that have contests exclusively on weekends (ex: CodeChef, AtCoder, OpenCup, COCI, USACO, almost all mirrors of onsite events), so I think it is fair enough for Codeforces to be the one platform that has weekday contests.
CodeChef doesn't count, they have Starters on Wednesdays and Long Challenges. But I agree with the main idea of your comment.
I can't seem to find OpenCup. Maybe it is region locked?
I don't consider COCI and USACO contest sites similar to CF. They are seasonal events more analogous to a google code jam than an actual contest site.
As someone mentioned, CodeChef doesn't really count either. The only site I would consider valid out of the lineup you chose is Atcoder, which funnily enough, doesn't cover my timezone (PST) unless I want to wake up at 3-5 AM, which I don't consider feasible.
I think the demand for there to be more weekend contests is quite reasonable. Not all contests need to take place on the weekends, but having the majority would be nice. Especially the contests which are aimed towards beginners, ex. Div 3 and div 4. It would make sense to hold those on weekends to make them more accessible.
No Chinese person is in Div. 4.
True, they spawn at least as a CM or above
Hard_2_FaceReality but its true.

Try to adapt yourself to the schedule of sleeping at 1am and waking at 7am, and don't go on the wrong path that I went before (i.e. waiting for the rating change and sleeping at 2:30, then almost fail to wake up and sleep in class. Everyone was laughing that day, and some dumbo actually made a record of me snoring lol).
Equilibrium between CF contest and sleep is really hard for us Chinese contestants though( so weekend contests is really a good reason for having a legitimate sleepover.
Sleep more. 6 hours is a very low amount not to mention the 4 hours 30 minute sleep. Your body will just be destroying you. Just sleep 8-9 hours and do less contests. You will lack the contest environment practise a little more, but you will perform a lot better by having clear, focused and rested mind.
Agreed. That sleep-in-class thing happened about three years ago. Now, before CF contests, I tend to sleep for a while and wake up half an hour before the contest. Obviously I don't sleep five hours every day, or I would become a zombie.
Unpopular opinion: my weekends are full of many school-related preparations or own preparation for OI. Unfortunately, because many recent CF rounds have been either in times when I couldn't participate due to personal issues such excuse or because the rounds were held in weekends, I couldn't participate in over a month.
