iulia.ela.morariu and morariu.tudor have the same solutions and they submitted them at a very short time interval and they are "brothers" as they have a team called limax brothers

MikeMirzayanov please do something because this is not the first time they cheat and sometimes they get skipped

The links don't work because you are using [submission:] and [user:] instead of regular link syntax.

Correct syntax: [submission:154092169], [user:iulia.ela.morariu]

See submissions of top_06. He is bypassing all plag checks using random comments within the code.
