Invitation to CodeChef May Starters 40 (Rated for Div 2, 3 & 4) — 26th May ( Unrated )

We invite you to participate in CodeChef’s Starters 40, this Thursday, 26th May, will be an unrated round.

Time: 8 PM — 11:00 PM IST

Announcing Scholarship for CodeChef Certification in Data Structure & Algorithms — More than 100 Indian participants in Divisions 1, 2, and 3 will win scholarships for the CodeChef Certification exam (discounted prices). Scholarship criteria can be found on the respective contest pages.

The video editorials of the problems will be available on our YouTube channel as soon as the contest ends. Subscribe to get notifications about our new editorials.

Also, if you have some original and engaging problem ideas and are interested in them being used in CodeChef's contests, you can share them here.

Upd — Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have to postpone the contest to Thursday, 26th May from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. Really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Upd 2 — It has been noticed that some problems were accessible for a very short amount of time and have been viewed by a few people. We believe that holding an rated contest with the same problem set will be unfair and hence, we have decided to make tomorrow's contest unrated.

Sorry about the issue. We've still not been able to fix it fully. So we'll postpone the contest to tomorrow, same time.

Update: Since some of the users had been able to see the problems at the beginning, tomorrow's contest will be unrated.

Site crashing during contest time -> contest being postponed to tomorrow -> contest will be unrated..Anyone wanting to learn how to disappoint people can take courses from the CC team it seems..

    I might sound rude but I think they can improve easily with all the sponsorships they do and a huge company backing them up. But they just don't because it working and they want to focus on more money-making stuff like mentors, certificates, courses, etc.

update: Seems removed now as well. It's in the announcement for the next Starters round in June.
