Jokes aside , there are a lot of tutorials about how to be a grandmaster Like this (I've never tried, though).

I just took a look at your past submissions. I think that you deserve GM. What's the rating of your original account, or you just started to do CF contests?
My other accounts didn't get on GM either.
My ratings are low, to get on GM is a long way for me.

I become a grandmaster in December 24th.
But in China, I really become a grandmaster in December 25th.XD
There are only two ways of becoming Grandmaster:
Practice every single day for 16 hours without any distraction. This includes not checking your phone or social media even once
Practice consistently for 4 years with some distractions and a few breaks of 1 or 2 months.
It is guaranteed that one of the ways will work for you if you follow it properly.

You have been a great inventor yet. I think you don't need to be a grandmaster in codeforces.
I don't understand, why not both?
Master plan:
Step 1) Become a Legendary Grandmaster
Step 2) Find a Div 1 Round
Step 3) Solve one problem less than the number of problems
This will ensure in becoming grandmaster I think. If you think it won't work, solve 2 problems less instead.
Be careful because you might become international master instead
