so after being bullied and trolled on this site for some days ( or maybe i am retarded so everyone downvoting every stupid thing i write i don't know) anyway, a question comes to my mind can someone being banned for troll ( not racism or insulting people at least directly)? and what other cases to be banned? can someone provide links for the rules which discuss this ( if exist)? thanks and feel free to downvote this too
