I believe in Indian cheaters more than myself....they are so talented that if you make a closed door contest for them they will still find a way to cheat and spoil a contest.

I just meant that everyone can have a greedy mindset no matter how much rating they have(unless much highly rated). It's nothing to do with a country.

Sucks to point out the grammar mistake as the "reference", but I think that's a misuse of the word even. The word even would fit in places where the action is an extension to a certain action prior to it. So in this case "cheat even after being a specialist" would mean that one cheated before being a specialist also, and then cheated after becoming specialist. That is what I did not do.

I would also like to point out user Ame-wiki, you can see that all their submissions are in C++ assembly and clearly this has been done to prevent the code from being readable — which is an unfair practice.

You can see a few of those submissions from round #823 here: 173443156 173451808 173454802 173461894

Interestingly, they finished 7th in the official standings of this round and have become master in 5 contests.

I really don't appreciate SecondPractice soiling the "Second" first name by cheating...

That said, how did you go about finding these people? Were you just looking through them manually?

yup(kind of manually) when we try to see other's solutions to get new ideas we come across very similar solutions but some are exactly the same codes, also when we see common standings, other guys, with similar ranks but their solutions are precisely the same as other people
