There will be 4 problems (not ordered by difficulty) with difficulties ranging from -32768 to 32767, and this is the second of three contests of increasing difficulty. This competition is intended to be the difficulty of a USACO Silver contest. However, some problems may be easier or harder than Silver, so all skill levels are welcome to participate!
