It's a known issue, CF search doesn't show blogs anymore.
Then, how to explain this? It should be deleted.

(the example) and also found nothing.It used to work before, doesn't work anymore. People wrote blogs on this too, but I don't think CF fixed this issue yet.
When I want to search inside codeforces blogs I usually put "site:codeforces.com " at the beginning of the Google search. In your case I would search on Google something like:
site:codeforces.com Round 822
