Combating Cheating in Codeforces Contests

I am very sorry about this but it is clear that there are some problems from the latest contests whose solutions are offered for free on YouTube, and this has intensified recently, especially in the last 3 div2 contests and solutions to C,D problems have been published, and this exhausts a lot for the contestants under the rating of 1200 and 1300 , I will not paste the channel link so as not to spread more, but I hope that you will suggest me how to report these cheaters to codeforce officials to take strict action against them .

We know about the youtube channel. All solutions copied from videos will be banned while removing cheaters.

    I have a problem.

    I submitted C in the last contest and it was accepted in the contest.Just to improve some time and memory I resubmitted with little change during the contest.It reduced my rank from 1600 to 2700 and my rating was decreased.

    In the past it has not happened when I have done this.

They are annoying. Copying codes without getting the author's agree.THey will be punished.You needn't care about it.
