personally I don't have any opinions left on that one guy called Hoka_4bkat when he obfuscated his code from B to E in the last Div.3 again holy cow

here are his submissions:

B: 215526075 C: 215544636 D: 215568042 E: 215609232

imagine doing that just to not get skipped or hacked

also, he cheated once in the last Div 4 the same way and got skipped lol

UPD: yes he definitely cheated, please consider getting his submissions skipped and banning him MikeMirzayanov, and also please check Omar_Farook's submissions
