Alright so I've looking into practice techniques like this and others and I'm studying new topics as they come up in problems but the problem is that, when I try to solve the practice problems on usaco.guide for some topic I get stuck and can't come up with solutions nor understand the solutions well often times. What should I do? Any help would be appreciated!

I think the idea he wanted to convey is: If the problems are too hard for you, it's fine to practice easier ones. Or you can try harder and study related topics untill you understand.

This seems rational, (although sometimes even the easiest problems selected by usaco.guide seem to make struggle, i guess will look for easier ones than uasco.guide's problems)

        Thanks!
