This 22nd of october, We are witnessing something entirely different. 3 contests Div1, Div2, Div3 running parallely.

Even though there are 3 days left for registering, there is quite a chance the Div 2 contest will be given entirely by experts.

I was wondering if this makes it more difficult for positive delta or nothing changes ?

People below 1600 aren't allowed to participate in the Div2. That's why everybody you see registering in Div2 are 1600-2099. Btw, it's similar to how in parallel Div2+1 contests 1900R+ rated users can't participate in Div2 contest

    Does that mean rated contest will become very less for people < expert? Or is this flow only for this contest?
