This account's behavior is very strange, submitted A and B at the same time, not to mention with different templates, other submissions have used a different templates as well, isn't it strange?

this behavior should be condemned, but i have yet to see any punishments for this or other similar cases

Damn! there are 3 different coding styles!

You can't penalize someone for using a different template tbh.

Also submitting A and B at the same time is not strange at all. A and B are doable in 4 minutes. People often do A, B, and C in 4 minutes.

You can add some sort of a hardware/ip tracker during the contest, but that's a different can of worms. It will probably create more issues than it solves.

though ABC div3 is easy, certainly doable in 4 minutes, he submitted ab and cd at the same time, not to mention the different coding styles, if you really believe theres only one person coding you're ignorant

I didn't say there weren't multiple users. I said the "submitted at the same time" argument is invalid. They didn't solve AB at the same time. Because you can do this:

      1. Read A
      2. Write code for A
      3. Read B
      4. Write code for B
      5. Submit A and B together

They solved AB in 4 minutes, CD in 12 minutes. Solving 4 problems in 12 minutes is possible. Can't penalize because of that. There is no rule saying that you can't solve X problems in under Y minutes.

Unless you can prove that there were multiple users, this user did nothing wrong according to the rules.

you're literally saying there's no multiple users, and that's false, the definitive evidence is in their coding style. i'm talking about this case and this case alone, i didn't say anything about others, i have seen top raters submitting 2-3 problems at the same time.

submitting at the same time with two different templates is clear enough evidence that there was more than one user using the account

Might look like I'm talking to a wall but I will try one more time.

you're literally saying there's no multiple users

          Literally never said that.

submitting at the same time with two different templates is clear enough evidence that there was more than one user using the account

It is not. I can prove it. See submissions: 229681459 and 229681465

This account is being used by one user. (trustmebro)

Why did you use different templates here?

Just to show that one user can submit two solutions with different templates at the same time.

You can never prove someone is guilty with 100% certainty. But there is no competitive reason to swap between templates and submit in this weird order. They would have achieved a higher rating if they submitted as soon as they coded up their solution.

Either they are trolling on purpose or cheating. I think the more likely outcome is cheating.

All of us here know that. Nobody here opposed that.

I'm saying you can not just simply penalize this user for this incident (as a previously posted comment mentions) because there is no rule saying you can't swap templates.

Hope this is not very hard to understand.

Bruh didn't you see his (their) codes?

Who uses different coding styles at the same time? are you losing your common sense?

Your argument is like the police seeing a man holding a bloody knife standing next to a dead body but not arresting them because he could have just happened to be a butcher who was walking by.

Indeed sir, it is similar to writing assembly code (like these users): it is not forbidden by the rules, and writing your solutions in assembly in-contest is something a totally sane and honest person would reasonably do!!! No really, who the hell switches code styles mid-contest?

maybe he writes the codes then submits?

It happens to some people who write all the code at once. It is because they want to know whether they can manage to do many codes that will give them a positive rating or not
