problem about judgement of "100125K — Kingdom Subdivision"

I have got 7 denial of judgement now,but when I submit other problems it is ok,what's wrong?

It is very strange whenever I submit it is always dinal of judgement,though my code is O(n^3) and will run 5.6s for last n==5000 cases(using custom test on CF), it is strange for dinal of judgement, When I submit the code which is wrong answer on test
case 12,it is ok(not dinal of judgement)
