Rating count had changed after re-judgement of previous rounds including Pinely Round 3 (Div. 1 + Div. 2) . But some cheaters are remained uncaught.

Solution of Problem B :1909B - Make Almost Equal With Mod of a user during contest is exactly same as other. just changed the variable name {rem1 , rem 2} to {r1, r2}.

After analyzing the two submission, I realized the contestants are exactly one person. He uses one CF handle to backup his wrong submission penalties and use other handle to submit the accepted solutions.

This guy has cheated in 5 contest in this way and having a good time now.

A request to codeforces authority to re judge the previous rounds once again if possible. If not possible , please make a solution to prevent cheating.
