Why 'Good Bye 2023' remains RATED?

It delayed 2 times but it was still full of problems. For example, D is ChatGPTable, G's std was totally wrong and H is OEISable. So, why it remains RATED? Codeforces is able to roll the rating back, why don't do that?

simply because the admins don't think it is worth to unrate. And, it has already passed for around a week, don't post any more blogs about Good bye 2023

    To be honest, this contest is the worst contest in the past year, or even more. There are a lot of contests unrated because of some small problem. We have so much serious problems in this contest but it isn't unrated, isn't that a joke?

    If you say that is not worth unrate, why the past bad contests is?
