Submission from Round 921 still pending system tests after rating changes

My submission is still in the “Pretests Passed” stage, and I didn’t get the points for problem A in the final standings. The ratings have already been changed too. Does anyone know who to contact in such scenarios?

Update: the submission is now accepted and my rank in the contest standings has updated from 603 to 339. However, my rating didn’t update yet; in my contest dashboard, it still says I got rank 603, and my rating is the same as if I got rank 603. MikeMirzayanov, could someone from your team look into this and update the rating change accordingly?

Update 2: it's been 5 days and it doesn't look like my rating will be updated.

It's very peculiar that a Competitive Programming website allows such major bugs to happen, and the administration is not even aware of them.

MikeMirzayanov please take a look. I'm sure this is an important issue to fix before future contests.

    I think it will get fixed after rating rollback which happens after every few contests. Hope for the best.
