I am new to this amazing website. Can people here only access the "Recent Actions" down on the right or is there some place on the internet where an archive of all blog posts is maintained.

They do not disappear (there really are not that many still — yours have the number

only) so you can access any of them.However sometimes it is tricky to find specific post. You usually can do two things:
some keywords site:codeforces.com
.For some posts there are other links — but these two ways are general.
