Don't know exactly, but either it is a bug of the Polygon system, or problem authors tried to change tests, but did it with a buggy generator.

Unfortunately there seems to be a bug in the generator of this problem. It is not deterministic (produces different tests for the same command line arguments), and Codeforces is not able to put up with this fact. The best thing to do could probably be to contact the authors of this problem and ask to fix it, but unfortunately the problem is so old that it is unlikely that something will be done. So, unfortunately, better just try to find some newer problems.
For some reason it just fixed itself.
