Recently I came across these articles on LeetCode and CodeChef:

LeetCode Article

CodeChef Article

He is sahild2003, famous cheater known for being clever to surpass plagiarism detection.

Consider the following points:

First: He switches his preference for writing solutions for each problem to avoid getting caught, as you see here:

Second: He writes these solutions in different languages with lightning fast speed, like for instance consider writing solutions for the same problem in 4 different unpopular non-mainstream languages in just 4 minutes:

Third: This is the same strategy he uses across all platforms and he was recently banned from LeetCode since Moderators identified his strategy.

Fourth: Leaked Solution for B which was rigged in yesterday's div1+div2 round is submitted by Mr. sahild2003 too!! and failed system tests later on.

It's highly discouraging for actual honest people that achieve these ratings only to see a cheater achieve it too with a simple strategy. Thus, I would to request Sir MikeMirzayanov to look into this matter.

Edit #1: I've been lately seeing many racist comments and posts about Indians as just being Cheaters. Guys like you sahild2003 are a menace and primary reason for this.

Edit #2: Does anyone have any idea how to report cheating in CodeForces officially?

Edit #3: Why is there no response from moderators or officials to this post yet?

Why isn't he banned yet? This is a clear case of contest plagiarism especially considering 2nd and 4th point. MikeMirzayanov

This is happening because companies in India value contest ratings a lot. Should we really direct our hate at sahild2003 or should we calm down and realize that this is a natural consequence of competitive job markets?

Yes, we should direct our concerns towards cheaters.

Direct your hate towards MNCs then. They have cheated their way to power, which has allowed them to create an environment that causes these problems. Your problem isn't sahild2003 or 1_2_3_4_5_9. It is much bigger than them. Banning the few cheaters that CF manages to catch does nothing in the long run.

Should Chinese people cheat for the same reason?

If they can make it work, yes. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Oftentimes, though, the Chinese are too smart for cheating: simply getting good takes less effort for them.

Cheating is a choice. I don't care how they are influenced to commit to these methods. Cheating is wrong and the primary blame should be on the one who does it not the ones who are influencing it

Sure. They are at fault for cheating, and they have to deal with the consequences if they get caught.

I just want to point out that these posts that call out 1 or 2 cheaters are useless. The problem doesn't stop after a few cheaters are banned; it stops after the underlying system causing the problem is fixed.

Your arguement is a bit too philosophical for something which has such a simple answer. If a cheater can "make it work" in any way he can, then we will also similarly, stop them and ridicule them in any way we can.

Now, cheaters feel themselves more powerful doing so. This platform is never meant for them.

Let me point this out. There is an amazing website that can convert your code from a certain language to another in just 10 seconds. I don't think he reimplemented the solution in different languages. I was really surprised to see that a C++ code while transcript to Go language passes codeforces at the first submission. Note that it was a Dijkstra solution that needed priority queue. It is an internal data structure in Go but that ai implemented it correctly on the first try. I didn't even need to touch that Go code.

I don't think you understand some sarcasm in this post. It is obvious that he didn't implement these solutions himself but rather used some prompt AI or any other source like you mentioned to convert code into less popular CP languages to bypass plagiarism detection. He does this everywhere and this is the reason why I would request MikeMirzayanov to ban and unrate this account

I've had pretty bad experiences converting python to c++ with it. It always messes up the types and stuff.

You cannot send him a message on CF, as the option is vanished. You cannot send banned ID messages on CF. So him==banned

I posted a comment that he is probably using ChatGPT, but a lot of people said that this is ok.

Here is his new LC account — https://leetcode.com/u/sahild2003/. As you can see, he keep cheating and event got a rating increase in one of the latest contests.

And the dude also posts his competitive programming accomplishments on Linkedin lol

Why should we earn money working at unpleasant jobs when thiefs and scammers can earn millions easily???
