      Programmers (and the general public) should have the ability and to know what is appropriate and what isn't. If they don't have it, they don't deserve the freedom of expression. And I think codeforces has given the maximum right for the users to post comment irrelated to programming/coding, at least it does not use an AI to censor the content like FB or YT.

              I believe disrespectful words should be banned, not only specific group have to be protected. If there are any words disrespecting Israelian in Codeforces, they should also be banned.

imo, cheating won't help cheaters improves they skill, so they just same as bosses in your game, improve your skill and then ez beat them. if cf ban them, they can register new account but if they cheats and get nothing, they will end
