Also, traveling to the future is easy, just hit near light speed or hibernate for a few thousand years, and you will be in future. So why ban future travel? going to past causes all paradoxes, that should be restricted.
On a serious note, more than time travel. If this type of tech becomes feasible, I am more interested in parallel universe travel. who will worry about paradoxes, just jump to a parallel universe where its still 2010, and we will be in past.
