I've been trying to send solutions to both judges, and apparently they're not working... My solutions are still in "waiting" or "In judge queue" status, but never get tested. Do you happen to know why aren't this judges working?

I dont know about live archive, but this problem happens frequently to spoj
Well, it frequently occurs with live-archive too. We just have to wait. No way around it. It used to happen at UVa too. It still does sometimes. But they always fix it at some point.
Thank you both for your answers! I actually asked because the regionals are coming up in South America and I'm trying to train, but it's hard to know if my solutions are completely correct
Here is quick tip for handling Live Archive Judge queue.
If you are doing a Chinese Regional like Chengdu, just go over HDU and look it up. They archive the Chinese Regional Sets. But careful, judge data at HDU is tougher than LiveArchive.
You can go to AIZU Online Judge for the Japanese Regionals.
So far that's all I got.
If you don't mind, you can simply try problems on other online judges too.
For example, you can go to POJ.
You can search all problems whose source include "south america"
The website itself is by a university in China, but majority of problems are in English.
You can actually find a lot of OJs at vjudge
