explain the reason what was wrong with banning your account? I don't think it's possible for you to recover, but I would also like to know the answer to your question. Upd: he got banned because he cheated at least 3 times in a row(three last contest's) and you can see yourself those skipped submissions. Perhaps he must have been warned multiple time already, but he didn't stop.
