I found that newbies are have difficulties solving problems even Div. 2 A.
Unlike $$$\color{gold}{\text{K}}\text{ing}$$$ s, they need help during the contest.
So I advice that newbies can download solutions with a penalty of $$$250$$$ scores each problem.
