I want to propose a Codeforces contest with my friends, but some of them are not 2100 rated. I added them as co-authors in the draft contest, but they can only view the contest but not create problems for it. Is there a way to fix it?

Usually, you can create a problem and add them as coauthor for it, so that they can edit that problem.
