I suppose many finalists would like to participate in Facebook Hacker Cup, so please make sure that there will be no conflict:

      Qualification Period: January 8 — 11, 2015 Online Round 1: January 17, 2015 Online Round 2: January 24, 2015 Online Round 3: January 31, 2015 Onsite Finals at Facebook HQ: March 5 — 6, 2015

(My preferences: I would prefer to do Round 3 from home, earlier rounds are OK for me to do from Tehran as long as free time and Internet connection are provided)

I mean, there are some participant that get T-shirt from other round and they did not get it again from elimination round. Why don't you give that T'shirt to the next rank until it 100 :)

Random observation — it looks like font size of word "Russia" at the picture differs from font size of all other countries. For what reason? :) Or is it just some optical illusion?

Corrected! First it was "Russian Federation" and to fit it in, the graphic designer had to make the font a bit smaller, then he changed it to "Russia" and forgot to resize it back :)

Well, I've checked it with China, both of 'em had equal sized 'i' and 'a' letters so far...

What a stupid discussion about some font size, btw, I am not Russian nor Chinese nor a Bayan staff to try to hide a mistake while BYN said it and corrected it! And no, I did NOT resized it.

When is the final ? On Bayan site I saw that final is in 8 days, but organizers posted here that they would tell us at least 50 days earlier. Did any finalist received the final contest date notification ?

Rev. 3   Vote: I like it +10 Vote: I do not like it

I think that the "final is in 8 days" was because they did put some placeholder date on the website (it was last year's date plus one year, online round's date plus three months, or something like that) which was correct when it said "a long time from now" (or whatever it actually said), but then they probably forgot to change it. Currently I see the date "2015-05-01" in the source, but no idea whether this is correct or a new placeholder. It is more than 50 days from now, FWIW.

I have also asked (via CodeForces PM and via the contact on the website), no answer.
