why the announcement of this training was in russian blog , I was searching for something like that but I missed it now :( :(
But it has a translation...
No I mean when he make announcement in russian I will not see it in the Recent actions (as the default is English I didn't see russian blogs until I change language)
So, translation was made too late?..

I didn't see it before on recent actions (I open codeforces everyday no chance for missing any event if it's in English)
As I know entry appears in English recent actions as soon as it gets translated into English...
aha I just test the blog and it appears :D what I think is that I saw it but because it's title in russian and the author is unrated I thought it's a spam so I didn't open it.
