IOI-2015 TOP-5 prediction

Hello CF!

There are few days before IOI-2015 and i think that each coder is waiting it like nothing else.

I think everyone remembers the shocking result from JoeyWheeler (Ishraq Huda) at IOI-2014.

I hope this years IOI will be no worse than the previous one and i am waiting for surprising results from participants.

Let's try to predict TOP-5 participants of IOI-2015.

This is my version TOP-5 of IOI-2015 :

Yuhao Du — jqdai0815

Andrew He — ecnerwala

Jeehak Yoon — HYPERHYPERHYPERCUBELOVER

Yuta Takaya — yutaka1999

Ali Haghani — Haghani

And what`s your version?

P.S: My TOP-5 list compiled without Australian and Russian team because they still have not published their this years IOI team.

Don't sleep on my favorite two: zxqfl and FatalEagle. I think both of them have a good chance to finish top 5!

Whenever I talk about IOI medal with HYPERHYPERHYPERCUBELOVER in IOI studying camp, school or anywhere else, I always tell him and always think he will get top gold with relatively high probability.

He is strong at fast-coding and he can code anything he wants to with plenty of basic knowledge. Codeforces rating shows it. He also has large background with competitive math, Linear Algebra, Calculus or Combinatorics. Even they are excluded for IOI, idea of competitive math or other part will quite help him.

I think most probablitic TOP 5 will be (without order) jqdai0815, HYPERHYPERHYPERCUBELOVER, yutaka1999, ecnerwala, rares.buhai

But it will be depend on much thing like luck.

Also, even low-rated can get 1st place and I hope everyone endeavor for 1st place. random.johnnyh took first place in IOI 2012 but he was orange coder when IOI 2012 held.

      Results are less surprising than I expected (sorting by CF rating works quite well this year), but anyway you nailed it — once again; I remember how precise was your ACM ICPC WF prediction.
