"Read more »" Button

Why do always "Read more »" button is presented at the end of any article posted on the home page while most of times there is nothing to read more?! This always confuses me.

Just interpret the messages as read the comments.

    Sometimes, there is really more to read but in most times there is not. (Like in the first post of Yandex by Michael)

    It's still useless in condition of there is no more to read because you can view comments from either the title of the post or from the small counting link at the bottom right.
