out of Competition Rules

Today I will Enter this contest as out of competition ,

I wan't to know if i can hack or not,
and i want to know my distribution "my room contain only out of competition people or not".

Yes, you will be able to hack. In your room will be only out of competition people from both divisions.
That happened because of Yandex.Algorithm competition and all in competition contestants of today contest was in top-200 in previous contest.
