Обратите внимание, что откатить изменения или изменить хэндл еще раз вы сможете только через год. Будьте внимательны и осторожны со своими желаниями! :)
Хэндл можно сменить либо на совсем новый (ранее никем никогда не используемый), либо на тот, который у вас был когда-то ранее. Кстати, ссылки на ваш профиль с прошлым хэндлом работать не перестанут — будет автоматический редирект со старого хэндла на новый. У нас все ходы записаны!
Для смены хэндла нажимайте в профиле "Настройки", затем "Хэндл", а потом внимательно читайте всё то, что написано.
Касательно необдуманных хэндлов я всегда вспоминаю такую историю. Мне как-то написал пользователь с просьбой: "Прошу сменить мой хэндл с I_love_Valya на I_love_Sveta, так как Валю я больше не люблю..."

every year a lot of people I know just disappear and other names appear but I don't know who were they(their old handles), in my opinion your handle is your identity and changing it makes you other person for most of the others, that's why I don't change my handle.
I wish if the the admins make a feature to show the list of one's old handles in his/her profile so people can know who was the person.

What about this idea: make some type of masquerade, but not with colors, as in previous year, but with nickname? I mean, what about make it possible to change nickname twice during New Year Holidays? IMHO, that would be quite funny. Actually, I want to change my nickname but I don't know, would it be a great idea or not.

Annoyingly, it's impossible to take the names of people who changed their handle FROM the one you want to something different. That means that this handle is used by nobody but you still can't take it, even if it has been free for a year :(

There's a bug to be fixed. I changed my handle to "I_love_CC". In the profile page it's changed, but it still remains the old handle "zkx06111" in the room I was competing (at the #338 Round).
