Why is TC taking sooo long this time to publish rating changes for last SRM? Has it been updated for anyone yet?

I wonder! Even the just concluded SRM 682 has its rating already updated.

    There was an applet issue during the round that prevented some people from logging in/submitting solutions. It was decided to make the round un-rated.
