I am not able to reply or add my comment to the existing blogs from the last 2 to 3 days.Could anybody help me :Why this is happening or what should be done?? Whenever I click on the "reply" or "Write comment" the page just reloads.

What browser/OS do you use? I think this information can help admins

    Its working fine on chrome (I am commenting from chrome) but not from mozilla

      In firefox open settings, open 3rd tab (may be named like «Content» or something like this), check the Javascript check-box to be checked.

      Also you may have NoScript or other extension that block Javascript.

I think you have simply disabled javascript.
