What does Judgement Failed mean?

I got it 4 times in a row.

I suppose, this means that judgement failed while judging solutions.

I have noticed some server instability last couple of hours, maybe it has something to do with it.

I have got "Judgement Failed" on my submission and many others are also getting the same, i guess. Look into it.

I got compilation failed for 6 consecutive times and the same code is working at other judges.
