I think those that are part of official Codeforces (like Admins) are removed from the list, to be fair.
That's why Zlobober was not there while he was coordinator, and also MikeMirzayanov, who should be surely #1 with +212!
It's only fair since they have huge ratings boosts from stuff like official announcements. I guess it motivates the community to make more contests or blogs to increase their contribution, haha
Besides gKseni got 1000+ upvotes just by hosting an election, with other people's ideas.
