how to add new contest?

hello guys, please can anyone help me and tell me how to post a contest?

I have problem set of ACM TCPC 2013 (tunisian collegiate programming contest) with the input and output files (I mean the test cases). It is not availble on any online judge and I want to share it with you in codeforces, but I don't know how :/

does anyone have any idea for this?

You need coach mode to be able creating gym.

      Unfortunately I think you have to either have achieved a rating of 2200, or 1900 and participated in 30 rated contests :( Maybe you can ask a CF admin for an exception in this case.

      you can give the problemset to div1 user and he can create it

      I can create it if you want
