is test case 82+ newly added tests??? I have got TLE on test case 82, but I find many AC code only have test 81 tests....

AFAIK, after the contest ended admins decided to add much stronger tests that almost all solutions which got accepted at the contest time would fail on that tests.
I think all the failed solution should be failed on the contest...
Including intended one?
Problemsetters came up with the optimized solution, when the contest had ended.
