Cannot see test cases for the problem 600B

I'm stuck at test 20, anyone knows why it's impossible to see test cases or other people submissions to this problem? Thanks,

I solved this one back in Jan this year. Even then test cases were not visible.

But if you want some help, have a look at my submission.
