Honestly don't understand this? It doesn't even cost any money, just setup LetsEncrypt in your Load Balancer or Reverse Proxy or whatever you're using.

I know, but things have changed in the last year, it has become so much easier to set up HTTPS with things like Certbot and LetsEncrypt.
Why don't you PM/Email the Codeforces admin instead of making a blog post on this issue? It is not like ordinary users can do anything about it.
So what if Codeforces does not have HTTPS? Does it undermine anything precious to you? I don't think anyone is so free to hack your Codeforces account anyway. All anyone has there is a bunch of gibberish code.
I have HTTPS Everywhere installed, so I have to disable that extension everytime I want to open CF.
