Did anyone ever wonder the rate of errors in the recent onsites in BD has increased so much? We had a Green University IUPC today at Purbachol, Dhaka of which the problem set was prepared by BAPS or BACS whatever they call it. A major error appeared in the judge data which ruined the contest for some teams. Probably there was some error in the last NCPC too. I am not very much sure about that one.
So I am listing the errors by the judges/problem setters/alternate writers which ruined IUPC & ICPCs.

This should be stopped. I wonder if the last contest was really just a troll. One problem can brutally destroy a team's confidence.
Very sad news. As far as I remember there was also a judge data error in problem F of IUBAT NCPC. Mentioning Jami_CSEDU. Please see this matter.
I hope they set regional carefully. :/
