So um... Belated Happy New Year!!!
I just joined Codeforces (You can tell just by looking at my first submission — I submitted a solution along with the wrong language), and I've been scrolling through a bunch of blog posts. As I was reading, I noticed there were many complaints on cheating, especially users complaining about other having multiple accounts.
For the contest tomorrow I am hoping to set my rating to about 1800 (Expert). But... I was confused on how it would affect some random user like me tomorrow if someone uses a multiple account.
I just wanted to know:
1) How it would benefit the user
2) How it would effect some random user like me

An experienced div I coder can create a fake account and take part in div II round and get the first position, while taking the place of someone else worthy of it. It also pollutes the ratings page with many fake accounts having a higher rating.
