which is the best and most useful DP approach ? which I should practice as the bottom-up is hard for me to implement !!!

bottom-up is hard for me to implement

Then just do top-down until you get good at DP ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That's what I did, actually, as it was awkward for me to do base cases bottom up. Though once you wrap your head around it you realize it's all, in fact, the same.
