OI's with english editorials

Hello,

To prepare for USACO platinum, I'm doing problems from various OI's. However, I can't find editorials for the vast majority of them, and when I can, most of them are in language other than English. Can anyone suggest problems for USACO platinum training (I've done all the past USACO problems pretty much) that have good editorials in English?

    What difficulty Codeforces problems do you suggest are similar to USACO plat problems? This may sound a little weird, but I get a different feel from doing Codeforces problems than other OI problems, like they are require different skill sets, if that makes any sense.
